Omelet station, with a chef to prepare a fluffy omelet to order with your choice of tomatoes, ham, bacon, sausage, cheese, scallions, mushrooms and spinach
Sweet bread French toast station
Hawaiian sweet bread, vanilla and brown sugar served with assorted berries, whipped honey butter and syrups
sushi & asian tapas station
A beautiful assortment of maki, nigiri and hand rolls, featuring the freshest the land and sea has to offer; salmon, crab, ahi, shrimp, duck confit, pulled pork and Yucatan style chicken all served with sauces and dips from around the globe including Thai basil vinaigrette, Vietnamese chili sesame, sake-soy-scallion, Korean bbq and many others to enhance your choice of sushi. Presented in a mini Asian to go box with chop sticks.
Italian pasta bar
Penne or farfalle pasta served with a house made pesto, rosa (creamy tomato), classic san marzano marinara and puttanesca sauces. The pasta bar experience is enhanced with your choice of: Italian sausage, mini meatballs, grilled marinated pesto chicken, seafood medley, colorful sauté of spinach, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
Accompanied by toasted pine nuts, Italian and feta cheeses.
Pacific rim stir-fry and noodle station
Gon lo Mein noodles with a medley of vegetables, sesame oil, soy and oyster sauce, char siu, scallions, shrimp and fried rice with Asian vegetable ribbons, tender beef and broccoli, lemon chicken, sweet & sour pork and an array of dim sum
mashed potato and mac n’ cheese
roasted garlic mashed potatoes or our creamy three-cheese macaroni and cheese
with a number of choices to customize:
grilled chicken breast or thinly sliced beef tenderloin paired with three sauces;
roasted garlic cream, sherry and shitake mushroom and caramelized shallot in pinot-noir balsamic reductions
and an assortment of toppings:
bacon bits, butter, chives, shredded cheeses, sour cream and steamed broccoli

beautifully displayed bounty of what the sea has to offer:

It’ll be a difficult decision to make our sweet and savory crepes, you’ll want them all!
A few of our favorites include: in-house smoked salmon and crème fraiche, baby spinach and wild mushrooms with swiss, ham and gruyere, marinated grilled vegetables and feta, caramelized onions and leeks, nutella and bananas, Belgian chocolate, fresh berries, fruit and amaretto whipped cream
Sundae and float bar
Vanilla ice cream with chocolate, caramel or fresh strawberry coulis served with fresh whipped cream and choice of toppings. choice of sodas for your floats, served in martini glasses
Mini dessert bar
A delicious display of sweets from around the world, including; tiny fruit tartlets, fresh baked cookies, mini pies in mason jars, cakes and chocolates all artfully presented with fresh berries, flowers and a trio of sauces and whipped cream.
